ELECTRONIC INVOICING IN LUXEMBOURG
The law of 13 December 2021 introduced compulsory electronic invoicing in Luxembourg.
All companies providing goods and services to public sector bodies (State, municipalities, public establishments, etc.) are concerned regardless of the amount of the invoice.
The Ministry for Digitalisation, the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Crafts have joined forces to provide you with a single access point to all the information available on electronic invoicing in Luxembourg.
