Public sector
Registration form for the concerned bodies
As a public sector body (PSB), i.e. a contracting authority, or contracting entity, you have a legal obligation to be able to receive electronic invoices via the Peppol network. To this end, a Peppol network access point must handle the receipt of your files and their dispatch to you. As long as you do not have such a Peppol access point yourself, you must use the government's access point and the associated digital mailroom. Ministries and administrations must always use the Peppol access point and the government's digital mailroom.
In order to communicate whether it is already able to receive via Peppol or to request to be able to use the Peppol access point and the government's digital mail room, each PSB and each contracting entity is required to register via the following form:
The e-invoicing team of the Ministry of Digitalisation will then take care of adding, based on the information provided via the form, the organisation concerned to the list of PSBs and contracting entities published below and, if the organisation does not have its own Peppol access point, to enable the organisation to receive the files intended for it via the Peppol access point and the government's digital mailroom. The list of PSBs and contracting entities published below is also used in the MyGuichet.lu form for manual entry of an electronic invoice or credit note. Therefore, a PSB or contracting entity that has not communicated the necessary information to the Ministry of Digitalisation via the registration form proposed above cannot receive invoices or credit notes via the MyGuichet.lu manual entry form mentioned above.
