PURPOSE 

This site offers a series of content and useful links concerning electronic invoicing in Luxembourg. All the content proposed refer to the law of December 13, 2021 amending the law of May 16, 2019 relating to electronic invoicing in the context of public procurement and concession contracts. Only the text of the law published in the Official Journal of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (Mémorial) has legal value.
